广州荔湾区大沙河滨水空间景观改造

随着广州城市的快速发展,作为岭南人居环境重要载体的城市河涌滨水空间,面临着往更生态、更优质的生活空间活化的挑战。广州市荔湾区大沙河滨水空间改造,以碧道建设为契机,突出“以人民为中心”的要求,紧扣时代性、地域性、普适性和经济性,制定系统的改造策略和方案,抓住地域特色的营建,因势利导优化空间结构,因地置景,以“绣花功夫”精准活化水岸空间,使大沙河成为独具荔湾特色的绿色新地标。     

漳河灌区实行费改税对水稻用水的

结合国际合作项目对漳河灌区的主要农业作物－水稻在费改税制度实行前后灌溉成本和产量的变化情况进行调查，并对调查结果进行分析。结果表明：实施费改税制度的实行可以减轻农民的负担，但是增加了灌区水库供水和水管理的难度，增加了水稻生产灌溉成本。由于没有采取相应的措施，造成了水稻减产。因此，有必要对费改税前后水稻生产的变化情况做进一步的研究，减少不利影响，使得农民既能减少税费开支，又能增加水稻产量。     

“云大— 120 ”浸种对水稻秧苗素质及产量影响的研究

试验结果表明：用“云大— 120 ”浸稻种对种子的发芽势、发芽率、秧苗素质、有效穗和稻谷产量具有一定的促进作用，发芽势比对照提高 12.68% — 23.94% ；发芽率提高 3.75% — 18.75% ；有效穗提高 0.5% — 7.43% ；产量增加 1.03% — 8.49% 。其使用方法简单易行，在生产上具有重要的推广价值。     

贫困地区农业技术推广新模式：发展小区域农业技术推广户 ——基于甘肃省部分贫困县的调查思考

Measurements to Protect Owners'' Benefits under the Non-price Bottom Bidding

Investment on construction projects has become an important factor in improving the development of economy in China.The non-price bottom bidding is a representation that the investment on projects is becoming standardized.During the years of trying out the non-price bottom bidding,the colluding in bidding or bidding below the cost has happened several times,which have damaged the benefits of owners.To solve theses problems,this paper firstly studies the reason of these problems-the failure in the normal relationship between principal and agent.Then,some measures have been presented as follows: building systematic and scientific system of qualification prejudication,judging behaviors of colluding in bidding and bidding below the cost with reason and providing a surety mechanism of the project.The authors hope that these measures are beneficial to non-price bottom bidding.     

Corporate Dividend Policy Under the Change of Earnings in China

Using non-parameter test and multinomial logit regression, this paper studies the dividend policy and behavior empirically. The results show that the change of the earnings of firms affects their dividend policy. When the EPS of the firms increase, the probability of choosing not to pay cash dividend is maximal, yet when the EPS of the firms decrease, many firms choose not to pay cash dividend or choose to increase DPS, so that the information that the relevant firms have great expectation is transmitted to the market. Furthermore, this paper also finds that the successiveness of the dividend policy of the listed firms in China is not good.     

Tentative Research About the Macroscopic Regulating to Blast

The paper analyzes the difference of the pathogenic varieties and the relationship of the variety composition,allording to the historic material to the varieties of the main hybid fece varieties in Southeast Sichuan during 1992 to 1998.It's the first time to advance to use the camparison on rate of pathogenic isolates between norm and refrieving to define the susceptible extent of the varity.It's an scientific base to adjust the structures of the vartieties,to reach the objective of the macroscopic regulating to rice blast.     

Prediction of the Economic Development for the Circumjacent Reservoir Region of the Longtan Hydropower Project Using Grey Quantitative Analog

In order to overcome some technical difficulties,we adopt ingenously the grey models combined with the quantitative analog method,and select the Dan Jiangkou Project which has accumulated practical operation data for a long time as the analog project to predict the economic influence for the circumjacent reservoir region of the Longtan hydropower project.On the basis of analog we have built various industrial economic grey models,and compare them with the corresponding predictions for the unconstructed reservoir case.The predictions of the former are greatly larger than the later ones.and hence provides a certain scientific basis for the central leaders to make a decision for constructing the huge hydropower project ultimateiy.     

The Buyer Cancellation Claim and the Tenant Priority Claim in Auction--Analyzing the Disputes in An Auction Case

Two problems often appear in estate auction.The first is to whom the buyer can claim cancellation of the contract,if he can't get the estate.The second is whether the tenant can still claim his priority to the estate.In auction,we can't use the principle of agency,fiduciary and mediation to explain the relations among client,auctioneer and buyer,because it doesn't accord with the auction practices and the Action Law section 40.The undisclosed agency in Contract Law may be an adapt explanation to the relations.According to the law hermeneutic,we should narrow the scopes of the tenant priority and exclude it from auction.     

Around Body Flow Computation with Vortex-Flow-streamFunction in Boundary Fitted Coordinates

In this paper, partial differential equations of vortex flow-stream function in boundary fitted coordinates and related ADI equations were listed. The flow around a cylinder in quadrilateral area by auto control boundary was computed. The diagram of distribution of speed arrow, constant lines of flow-stream function, vortex, two speed parts and pressure were studied.
